About the Role

Marmic Fire & Safety is seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing sprinkler systems in commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Installation: Select and assemble pipes, tubes, and fittings to create new sprinkler systems.
  • System Maintenance: Inspect and test existing systems, repair defective or worn-out parts, and perform National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) inspections and testing.
  • System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with sprinkler systems, including leaks, blockages, and other malfunctions.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to property owners and managers, ensuring their sprinkler systems are functioning properly and safely.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in fire protection or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
