Job Title: Screen Printer

Location: Olive Branch, Mississippi

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled screen printer to produce high-quality PPE equipment items according to customer specifications. This role requires advanced artistic skills, the ability to work with manual and automatic machines, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze work orders and determine printing requirements
  • Create screen patterns based on customer needs
  • Prepare screens for printing, including selecting appropriate materials
  • Operate printing press to produce accurate prints
  • Ensure quality control throughout the printing process
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Finalize printed articles for packaging

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, associate degree preferred
  • Prior experience as a screen printer is a plus
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and artistic skills
  • Ability to work in a light industrial environment
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
  • Capability to handle chemicals and machinery
  • Independence and self-motivation
  • Flexibility to work nights if needed
