Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Enrichment Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of our product data across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for classifying, enriching, and maintaining product information to support our online sales and distribution channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately classify products into appropriate categories.
  • Enrich SKUs with detailed product data and content from authorized sources, including manufacturer websites and vendor communications.
  • Normalize data to align with internal standards for consistency and quality.
  • Correct inaccurate product data and images based on feedback and requests.
  • Proactively identify and resolve product data issues to maintain high data quality.
  • Perform data cleansing activities, including the identification and resolution of product data discrepancies.
  • Conduct periodic data integrity audits to ensure ongoing accuracy.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all product data within the Product Information Management (PIM) system, including descriptions, images, attribute values, and necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address product data needs, helping to develop processes and associated documentation.
  • Establish and enforce standards for product classification and data presentation.


Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic understanding of data management principles.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Familiarity with product data management tools is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while performing desk-related tasks.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones
  • Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents clearly
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs
  • Ability to maintain focus and productivity during long periods of work.
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment
