Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls, text and emails and set appointments with customers and maintain a calender
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Maintain accounts payable and due dates
  • assist with assignments and work progress to contractors
  • Must be willing to drive to the jobsites occasionally

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Must have some experience in construction and enovation business
  • Must have great research skills
  • must have excellent microsoft excel and word skills
