Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager to lead our security operations. The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security management, including security contracts, of security initiatives, and to ensure the safety and security of our organization.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement comprehensive training for both patrol and standing division.
-Responsible for coordinating schedules and monitoring overtime usage.
- Conduct walk throughs for new sites and large-scale events
- Accountable for overseeing the daily operations for standing and patrol, ensuring both departments are in compliance
- Conduct regular meetings with CEO and deliver detailed reports on daily operations
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources to relay hiring requirements.
- Report and assist HR with employee related conflicts such as violation of company’s policies
- Responsible for overseeing and managing budget
- Leading a team of security professionals, providing guidance and leadership to ensure effective security operations.
- Lead efforts in to enhance security protocols and streamline security operations
Requirements:
-*Proven experience as Operations Managers* or equivalent position
-In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
- Proficiency with MS Office and various business software
-Proven experience in security contracts and vendor agreements.
- Strong skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to a diverse team of security professionals effectively.
- Strategic thinker with expertise in for security initiatives.
- Exceptional skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong background in, guiding teams towards achieving security goals.
