- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Manage cash handling and inventory procedures, including counting and reconciling cash, managing inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including greeting customers, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members, including onboarding new staff, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching.
- Performance Management: Manage the performance of team members, including setting goals and objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety regulations, food safety protocols, and company policies and procedures.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
