Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team You will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the store and providing product and service information as required. You will also be responsible for zoning and stocking sales floor. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Identify customer needs and directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services and available discounts.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
