Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for selling our wellness programs, booking clients for future services, and promoting our retail products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program to clients and promote our services and products.
  • Book clients for future services and encourage home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals set by management and be open to learning new skills.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and promote the value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services.
  • Drive member retention through outreach and communication with current members.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is a must.
  • Smart and savvy with solid math and computer skills, confidence handling cash, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Masters of customer service who make everyone they interact with feel valued and supported.
  • Great teammates who can work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
