How You'll Spend Your Time:

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Preston Refrigeration, your mission is to be the customer's hero. You'll be the first point of contact for clients needing service or support for their industrial refrigeration systems. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. From coordinating service appointments to following up on service satisfaction, your role is pivotal in building strong, lasting relationships with our customers.

  • Customer Interaction: Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers rely on. Handle inquiries via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring a positive experience every time.
  • Service Coordination: You're the glue that holds it all together. Schedule and coordinate service appointments, making sure customers and technicians are on the same page.
  • Invoicing: Get those invoices out the door Prepare and send clear, accurate invoices. Tackle any billing questions or concerns with finesse.
  • Issue Resolution: When problems pop up, you're the one to fix them. Address customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
  • Follow-Up: Keep customers in the loop. Provide timely updates on service progress and follow up to ensure they're satisfied with the outcome.
  • Documentation: Stay organized Record all interactions and service details in our system, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Customer Feedback: Feedback is gold. Gather it, analyze it, and share it with the team to improve our service.
  • Relationship Building: Make our customers feel like family. Be attentive, responsive, and genuinely interested in their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with service coordinators, technicians, and the rest of the team to deliver seamless service.

  • Experience: 2+ years in customer support, service, or a similar role, ideally in a service-oriented industry.
