We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Select Property Management( G2 Property Management, Inc) , a leading property management. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to various departments, and assisting in daily office tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
- Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements, contracts, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Provide administrative support to property managers and leasing agents.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
