Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Property Manager Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, handle administrative tasks, and assist with property management activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of property management reports, leases, and other documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and tenant billing.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient office environment.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative specialist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
