Administrative Assistant

This is a multi-role position for a Service driven Construction company. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing time cards as well as assisting the office manager and others with daily tasks.
Payroll / HR Responsibilities
Enter new employees applications and verify documents; Keep employee records up-to date and proper forms in file.
Follow up with service staff to check time in and out for service calls.
Track time by using online GPS system and relay the information to payroll accordingly
Maintain safety training card file and arrange training and renewals
Administrative Responsibilities
Be the 'know-all/see-all" of the daily office operations.
Arrange appointments and client meetings.
Respond to phone calls, capture detailed messages, and manage customer care.
Track service calls and convert to billing.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Payroll/Time Clock experience is required.
Service/Building Industry experience is required.
Organization and electronic filing experience
Strong grammar and attention to detail is required for this position.
Capable of working in a fast paced environment but can keep busy during downtime.
Multitasking and prioritizing work load is crucial.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Windows Explorer/Teams Filing, Adobe Acrobat X
Required 3 to 5 years of payroll experience
