**During the summer, the office will be relocating to Downtown White Plains, NY. Worker will need to assist during transition with filing, and organizing documents for move. (Worker will not have to assist in actual move).


You will perform administrative and office support activities for multiple professionals within the Global Tax department. The role will also include:

- Assisting with various miscellaneous income and non-income related tax filings.

- Helping coordinate responses to tax notices and communications with taxing jurisdictions.

- Liaising with third-party advisers to manage expectations and ensure all tasks are taking place according to assigned schedules.

- Assisting with the implementation of internal self-service communication platforms to streamline correspondence with the Tax department.

- Providing ad-hoc administrative support for the Tax Department.

- Maintaining tax department budget analysis and track all vendor invoices with third party advisors.

- Managing tax return filing calendars and coordinating meetings.


Must have experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Must have professional level verbal and written communications skills.

Must have strong Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

5-10 years admin/clerical experience preferred.
