Responsibilities

- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, greeting members and answering incoming calls and general chamber emails.
- Organize and schedule appointments and keeper of calendars
- Oversee financial services pertaining to Accounts Receivable and Payables
- Enter all events into database and assists members in registering for events.
- Communicate effectively with staff, potential clients, members, and public
- Ability to balance diverse responsibilities of role
- Proactively promotes the pertinence of events and various tools the Chamber offers
- Provide support to the Chamber Executive Director as needed

Experience

- Proven experience in business office administrative role, customer service focused
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self motivated who can work independently, as well as with a supportive team
- Experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Excellent communication skills both written, verbal and interpersonal
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, knowledge of ChamberMaster, Canva, WordPress a plus
