General Responsibility

The Operations Administrator provides broad-based administrative support to help with achieving operational goals. This role requires adaptability within a collaborative office environment for the administrative logistics that keep the Single Family Homes division running efficiently. Handles complex responsibilities related to the primary focus of job area. Proficient in a range of processes or procedures within the area of responsibility. Works under minimal supervision. May act as an informal resource for less experienced employees. Resolves most questions, problems and refers only the most complex issues to General Manager.

Significant Duties:

  • Completes job set up for Single Family Homes projects
  • Reviews and reconciles pay schedules and P.O.’s to contract
  • Reviews contracts and outlines areas of concern for possible modification
  • Provides all insurance certificates related to plumbing projects
  • Processes change orders under the direction of operations management
  • Updates sales reports & operation reports
  • Processes budget revisions under the direction of operations management
  • Completes job closing procedures, and ensures job is 100% complete
  • Completes warranty and close-out documents
  • Performs within the values and guidelines of 20/20 and adheres to the 20/20 Policies and Procedures
  • Follows health and safety standards
  • Other duties or projects as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High diploma/GED, Business Administration courses or a related field preferred
  • Two or more years’ of experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar position
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong and solid typing skills, and a proficiency Microsoft Office and Excel Software programs
  • Experience using Procore Software a plus.
  • Data management software
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independent
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, overtime and weekends as required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills to work with builders, purchasing agents and vendors regarding pricing and delivery of options

Physical requirements: The position of Operations Admin Plumbing routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role, however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift objects that weight up to 15 pounds, squat, kneel, twist, bend, and work above head and below waist. Ability to sit long periods, stand, walk, climb stairs and use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms.
