Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to provide administrative support to our program. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including reception, filing, phones, reports, ordering supplies, and sorting mail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to the program, including communication and administrative duties.
  • Screen and direct calls, and provide administrative support for the Program Manager.
  • Use and navigate Microsoft Office software, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients, and log receipt of checks and/or cash.
  • Aid in the general operation of the facility, including organization and cleanliness, errands, office supplies inventory, ordering, and office equipment maintenance.
  • Open clients in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and enter data such as demographics.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client care, and participate in scheduled program meetings.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid California driver's license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.
  • Cultural Competency understanding required.
  • Bilingual preferred.

  • Seeing, hearing, speaking, stooping/bending, working in cramped spaces, moving around the facility, moving between offices/clients, driving, lifting/carrying heavy items, pushing/pulling/dragging items, standing for long periods.
