Job DescriptionJob Description

Primary Responsibilities:

· Manage customer proposal work including technical solutions and pricing.

· Develop and validate business opportunities.

· Support customer development and general sales activities, both in the field and from company headquarters

· Work with engineering and manufacturing departments to prioritize sales growth projects.

· Assist customer service department with information necessary to offer world-class sales and service.

· Lead customer meetings and negotiations.

· Drive and maintain customer opportunity pipeline.

· Manage complete customer solutions through management of technical engineered solutions and customer supply chain management.

· Expected travel up to 40%

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience and demonstrated success selling and marketing within the HVAC/R component industry.

· Strong background in the heat transfer market.

· Demonstrated success in technical sales and engineered solutions space.

· Customer-oriented sales methodology with demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong business relationships.

· Able to work well with multiple business departments
