The Sales & Education Coordinator is accountable for driving in-store sales and providing training within the assigned region. This role will effectively manage in-store events and lead training sessions, fostering relationships with store management and motivating sales teams to enhance performance through collaborative selling in retail environments. This position is based in Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to achieve and surpass annual sales targets.
  • Develop a quarterly call cycle calendar that considers key sales days, liabilities, and retailer promotions.
  • Organize weekly store events in alignment with corporate standards.
  • Engage in side-by-side selling with in-store teams to meet weekly sales objectives.
  • Train beauty advisors on First Aid Beauty products and effective selling strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with visual merchandising and display standards.
  • Deliver consistent brand messaging to retail partners.
  • Manage the allocated travel and entertainment budget.
  • Coordinate with stores and Regional Sales Manager to oversee inventory levels.
  • Provide weekly recap reports for the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders in-store.
  • Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday with one office day each week.
  • Work alongside the Regional Sales Manager to meet in-store visit objectives for each retail partner, including travel scheduling as required.
  • Adhere strictly to corporate administrative policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
  • Experience in skincare sales within major retail environments.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the cosmetics sector.
  • Proven ability to educate beauty advisors in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Experience in event planning and execution in a retail context.
  • Familiarity with skincare ingredients and product positioning.
  • History of building relationships with store management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining organization.
  • Must reside within commuting distance as relocation assistance is not available.
Compensation: Starting salary range is $60,000-$63,000.

In addition to base salary, this role may qualify for additional short-term incentives.
