The Sales & Education Coordinator will report to the Regional Sales Manager and is tasked with driving in-store sales and providing training within the assigned territory. This role is pivotal in executing in-store events effectively. The Coordinator will conduct cluster training sessions, cultivate relationships with store management, and inspire in-store sales teams to boost sales through collaborative selling efforts. This position is based in Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to achieve and surpass annual sales targets.
  • Develop a quarterly call cycle calendar that considers key selling days, liabilities, and retailer promotions.
  • Organize weekly store events in alignment with corporate standards.
  • Engage in side-by-side selling with in-store teams to meet weekly sales objectives.
  • Train beauty advisors on First Aid Beauty products and effective selling techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with visual merchandising and display standards.
  • Deliver a consistent brand message across all stores.
  • Manage the allocated travel and entertainment budget.
  • Work closely with stores and the Regional Sales Manager to oversee stock levels.
  • Provide weekly recap reports for the designated territory.
  • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders in-store.
  • Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday with one office day each week.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet in-store visit objectives for each retail partner, including travel scheduling as required.
  • Adhere strictly to corporate administrative policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • Prior experience in skincare sales, particularly within Sephora and ULTA stores.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the cosmetics sector.
  • Experience in training beauty advisors in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Experience in event planning and execution in a retail context.
  • Familiarity with skincare ingredients and product positioning.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with store management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while adapting to changing business needs, maintaining high organizational standards.
  • Must reside within commuting distance as relocation assistance is not available.
Compensation: Starting salary range is $60,000-$63,000. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for additional short-term compensation and incentives.
