**Job Summary:**

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales plans, and provide guidance and support to junior team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Business Development:**

* Identify business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options.

* Develop and execute a strategy to drive incremental business in established key accounts.

* Build relationships with key employees in the sector and IT departments.

2. **Client Management:**

* Build and strengthen relationships with clients to increase STS solution presence at client site.

* Learn about all STS solutions and products offered.

* Promote and sell multiple STS solutions to the account.

3. **Market Knowledge:**

* Know and understand the client business environment in terms of timing, key priorities, budgets, decision making process, etc.

* Gather and analyze relevant information re competitive products within the account and promote STS substitutes to the client.

4. **Reporting and Team Management:**

* Provide the Management with weekly status reports on business opportunities.

* Provide the Management with weekly report of projects status.

5. **Team Leadership:**

* Guide the team, assigns tasks and challenge them with increasing responsibilities and certifications.

* Motivate and encourage others by setting an example of a positive and energetic approach.

* Setting teams objectives and evaluate their performance.

**Requirements:**

* 7 to 9 years of experience in account management field.

* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, BIS, CIS, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering and Software Engineering.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Solid experience with CRM software.

* Must have Hardware, Software, Network, Security, End User Solutions, Enterprise Solutions and Business Solutions.

* Preferred to have: Digital Transformation, Fintech & Data Analytic.

* ICT generic Technical Sales Skills (Datacenter Solutions- Computing, Storage, Backup, Recovery and Archiving, Switching, Routing, Unified Communications & Collaboration, Network and Information Security, Customer Experience Management, Self Service Solutions
