Job DescriptionJob Description

You are: Quality Assurance Technician -Ensure product quality and safety, adhering to company and regulatory standards, with a focus on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

This position pays: $20-$24hr

Swing shift: 2pm-10:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday

Rohnert Park, CA

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Conducting bacterial, yeast, and mold testing
  • Monitoring sanitation and production processes
  • Documenting and communicating quality metrics
  • Assisting with audits and inspections

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Experience in food or beverage manufacturing
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to GMP and SOP
  • Fluent proficient English, required. Spanish/Bilingual, preferred but not required
  • BA in Food or Dairy Science or equivalent, preferred
  • Technical experience in quality assurance programs and process, preferred
  • Ability to measure and convert measurements in volume and weight
  • Must possess an aptitude for smart technology, particularly iPhone/iPad, as well as willingness to expand technical knowledge in these areas
  • Ability to lift, hold and/or carry up to 50 pounds of product, unassisted
