Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our expanding team. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will be responsible for generating leads and assisting in closing deals, with significant earnings potential. THIS IS A FULL-TIME SALES OPPORTUNITY WITH UNCAPPED INCOME POTENTIAL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and close appointments through various lead generation methods, including prospecting and referrals

  • Work a full-time schedule, typically 5 days a week, with flexibility

  • Achieve key performance indicators: aim for 10-20 deals per month after a ramp period of about 3 months

  • Manage your own leads and utilize provided tools to track progress

  • Participate in weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions and monthly team meetings

Requirements:

  • Strong self-motivation, discipline, and a hustler’s mentality are essential

  • Sales experience is not required

  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual is a plus

  • Reliable internet connection and phone are required

  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the world

Compensation:

  • UNCAPPED COMMISSION-ONLY

  • Expected earnings of over $100,000 in the first year, with top performers reaching close to $200,000

  • Earn 10% commission on deals, with potential for 12-15% if you bring in your own leads

  • Long-term growth opportunities, with most team members earning over $100,000 annually

  • ALL BUT ONE ACTIVE SALES REPRESENTIVE IS EARNING AT LEAST $100k PER YEAR
