**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in sales or financial services sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Adaptability and ability to learn and adapt quickly to new information and technology.
* Teamwork and influence skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Business development, business banking, lending, merchant services, and treasury management experience.
* Knowledge of business deposit and cash management solutions, as well as financial literacy and retail and wealth solutions.
