Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring efficiency and high-performance standards.
· Manage 3 to 4 call center employees.
· Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
· Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
· Answer phones and take down client information of current and potential clients.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent at articulating ideas clearly and concisely
· Must enjoy tackling complex challenges and finding solutions
· Consistently goes above and beyond on job duties
· Consistently achieve and exceed performance goals
· Good work ethic
