This is a full-time, onsite position located in Fort Wayne, IN.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00 pm

Job Overview:

Field Services Coordinators will communicate with multiple areas of ITI regarding Self Service Terminals (SST) and other programs. They will schedule projects, follow up with other departments as well as outside vendors to make sure all sides are on the same page and address any issues as they arise. Communication throughout the process from development to installation to keep the process going smoothly and keep all parties informed. Occasional travel to sites to help setup a machine, deliver a part, etc. A successful Field Service Coordinator will acquire, maintain, and expand his/her knowledge pool on a daily basis regarding all things Field Services and how they are integrated at ITI.

What are some Responsibilities and Duties of a Field Serve Coordinator:

  • Track all progress of projects within Field Services
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
  • Maintain Field Services records and logs
  • Communicate with necessary internal and external parties
  • Attend required meetings to share and receive information
  • Conduct, compile, and distribute site surveys working with technicians onsite
  • Coordinate internal wiring and power runs for hardware installations
  • Create/Update/Implement internal and external procedures and plans
