Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Fire Protection Inspection Agreement Specialist. This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing inspection agreements, ensuring compliance and efficiency within our National Service Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Input new Inspection Agreements as provided by the Sales Team.
- Process Renewal Agreements when there are changes in information or values.
- Establish new User IDs in Building Reports for newly added facilities and communicate with clients accordingly.
- Compile all necessary information for Inspection Scheduling prior to handover to coordinators.
- Evaluate existing agreements to assess performance and discuss findings with branch service managers.
- Facilitate the renewal of existing agreements as necessary, particularly for agreements with unchanged values.
- Assist with additional tasks related to the Service team as required.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with AS400 systems is essential.
- Experience with contractual agreements is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Building Reports is preferred.
- Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of construction professionals.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications are required.
- Dependability and a robust work ethic are essential attributes.
