Position Overview:
As an Employment Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and documenting all relevant information associated with the RESEA initiative within our case management system. Your role will involve guiding clients towards suitable services and products, ensuring they have the support needed for a swift transition back to fulfilling employment.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Hourly Rate: $16.35

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize, coordinate, and lead meetings, orientations, and assessments.
  • Facilitate training sessions for job seekers.
  • Assist individuals in creating personalized reemployment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate clients' specific needs.
  • Promote and inform clients about the services offered through WorkOne and partner organizations.
  • Document and manage all relevant data related to the RESEA grant within case management systems, as well as Excel or Word documents.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for any instances of non-participation to Unemployment Insurance.
  • Guide clients towards the next steps in accessing necessary services and products.
  • Support claimants through proactive interventions to facilitate a quicker return to meaningful employment.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business administration, social services, or state or federal employment service programs, or related fields.
