Futuredontics is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive, who will have an essential role in generating new revenue streams by targeting enterprise-level dental service organizations in the United States. Leveraging expertise in business development and a consultative selling approach, this person will establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at dental companies nationwide. This position will report to the Membership Director and will be supported by a strong team of Sales Development Representatives.

Founded in 1986, we specialize in helping dental practices find new patients and turn them into lifelong patients in the rapidly evolving digital world. Each year, we generate millions of qualified leads for dental practices across the nation. As the leaders in dental marketing, we are now turning our attention to helping enterprise-level companies grow their marketing capabilities.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will focus on generating new revenue streams by

targeting enterprise-level dental service companies in the United States.

  • Achieve Revenue Targets & KPIs: Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts to ensure a strong relationship and customer experience. Achieve KPIs and current account renewal revenue targets in addition to new business revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Identifying and pursuing a targeted list of the top dental service companies to drive new business across our proven dental verticals. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, compliance officers, and legal teams. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on compliance best practices and industry trends.
  • Trade Show Presence: Representing Futuredontics at trade shows and industry events, fostering connections and showcasing our innovative solutions.
  • Presentation Strategy: Leading the planning and development of all senior client meetings, customizing materials, participants, and key action items.
  • Collaboration: working with internal teams to optimize and grow newly acquired accounts by monitoring call flow, analyzing calls, generating reports, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing campaign solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion. Leverage market insights to position Futuredontics as a leader in compliance solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of building and managing a book of business. Experience selling lead generation and SaaS solutions to dental service organizations (DSO’s) or similar health practices is a plus.
  • Demonstrated skills in hunting and farming, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities as well as expand existing relationships.
  • Strong results orientation, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with solution-based selling with an emphasis on qualification, asking follow-up questions, understanding unique customer needs.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills with a comfortability talking to c-level decision-makers.
  • Understanding of lead marketing KPI’s such as CPA, ROAS, CPL, and CPC to model program success and client value proposition.
  • Experience developing programs that generate low funnel leads in collaboration with clients.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of establishing partnerships through business development tactics.
