Job Description:

As an Experienced Sales Representative at Kapasi Glass, you will be an essential part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and promote our industry-leading products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the designated territory.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
