We are seeking a candidate with exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, computer proficiency, dedication to top-tier service, with experience in purchasing or warehousing to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly schedule of Technicians
  • Schedule appointments and inspections with Clients and Subcontractors
  • Review and Process Work Orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Receive Purchase Orders for all necessary materials, parts, and rental equipment
  • Perform data entry utilizing various software programs
  • Track and order office supplies and warehouse materials
  • Receive and verify all deliveries
  • Provide Administrative support as needed
  • Deliver parts to Technicians as needed

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (GP, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must have a CLEAN driving record
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
