You will play a key role in developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and implementing innovative marketing techniques to enhance our firm's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services field, either with an RIA or Stock Brokerage firm.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance to optimize results and return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage all social media presence and analytics; Maintain constant contact through social media including FB Ads manager, Face Book, Linked In, X (Twitter), and Constant Contact.
  • Create, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify latest trends, client preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Manage relationships with external referral partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and changes to identify opportunities for innovative marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and client relationship management (CRM) tools.
