**Position Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / Marketing Ops Director to lead and manage all aspects of our marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing strategies, be certified in digital marketing for both search and paid social, and possess a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. This individual will possess extremely effective communication skills, possess leadership and accountability for the team. We are looking for an individual who desires to learn and is Hungry, Humble and Smart from the book The Ideal Team Player by Patrick Lencioni.  


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies and initiatives for a diverse client list.

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.

- Lead the team that is tasked with content creation, marketing messaging, digital marketing, web design, strategic planning, video & photography to deliver high-quality and impactful marketing solutions.

- Utilize the EOS model to ensure structured and efficient operations, driving growth and success.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute long-term business strategies and goals.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the marketing operations team.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.


**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Worked in a similar role at a marketing firm, an advertising agency or as a CMO of a direct brand.

- Certified in digital marketing for both search and paid social.

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a marketing agency or related industry.

- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, content creation, marketing messaging, digital marketing, and web design.

- Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) model is highly desirable.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
