We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our market presence in Texas and the surrounding states.
Job Description:
As Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with new and existing customers in Texas and bordering states. You will be provided with a company van and a set of our meal delivery equipment to assist in securing appointments, traveling to client locations, and conducting product demonstrations. Your goal will be to increase market share and meet or exceed sales targets by promoting our innovative products to healthcare and correctional facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales plan to identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory and in accordance with company strategy.
- Secure appointments with decision-makers at healthcare and correctional facilities to present and demonstrate our meal delivery equipment.
- Drive to customer and prospect locations within Texas and neighboring states to conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Maintain and create customer/prospect records and interactions within a CRM.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to installation and ongoing customer support.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, including customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed to network and promote our products.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous sales experience, particularly in outside sales, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or correctional facility industries is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays as needed.
