As a Territory Sales Representative, you will represent world-class vendors and provide personalized sales interactions directly with customers at their homes. You will drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and leasing agents, implementing sales strategies to increase penetration rates and achieve sales targets, and providing direct assistance to residents to ensure solutions and installation follow up.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance market presence by representing the carrier as a brand ambassador at property events and actively engaging in field activities.
  • Leverage the company referral program to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Track sales performance and market trends, optimizing strategies based on data.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to align and execute strategies effectively.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have reliable transportation to visit properties on a regular basis.
  • Property or leasing management experience is a plus.
  • An understanding of multi-dwelling units is a plus.
