Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client and industry relationships to monitor our industries and identify new opportunities
- Meet established sales call targets with established budgets
- Travel as required based on business needs
- Make a minimum of ten sales visits per day to current customers and prospects
- Plan visits and plot trips to customers and prospects
- Distribute professional marketing material in the field
- Distribute samples of products and follow up with to conclusion
- Quote pricing
- Report progress of individual sales efforts - Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting
- Complete Monthly Reports based on customers' needs and territory information
- Acquire news, information, and pricing on market competition & report information clearly
- Participate in trade show and other industry events
- Execute Sales and Marketing Plan Initiatives
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Promote new product lines & special offers
- Increase sales through cross selling & up-selling
- Possess complete knowledge of company product line (brand awareness)
- Update and maintain customer file in CRM - customer profile and contacts
- Log customer repairs into repair portal
- Keep showroom/Van/Storage organized and clean
- Complete cycle counts and full inventories as required Punctuality and regular attendance
- Research and recommend potential new products
- Assist with past due customer invoices
- Assist with intracompany inventory transfers for customer orders
