Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at The Sahlman Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, providing them with the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently.
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends.
  • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities.
  • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information.
  • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles.
Qualifications:
  • You are an organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven self-starter who loves contributing to your team's goals.
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales.
  • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required.
  • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience.
