**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Law firm. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various office tasks efficiently. If you have a background in office management in a law firm and possess strong organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency

- Managing administrative staff.

- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services

- Maintain schedules and calendars for appointments and meetings

- Implement and maintain organizational systems

- Manage Human Resources Task if required

- Assist with event planning and coordination

- Manage front desk activities including answering phones and greeting visitors

- Maintain physical and digital filing systems

 

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in office management or related roles

- Proficiency in vendor management and scheduling tasks

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Experience in Human Resource responsibilities is a plus

- Ability to plan and execute events effectively

- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus, but not a requirement.
