Job DescriptionJob Description

This is an inside-outside sales/marketing position in which you are networking with local companies within a defined geographic territory and interfacing with your team of staffing specialists daily.

The objective of this position is to help companies understand how we can help them in the areas of HR, employment, and leadership.

 

Job Duties:

  • Network with Local Businesses
  • Business to Business (B2B) sales (NO residential calls)
  • Develop leads
  • Contact local companies to set appointments
  • Conduct service reviews and safety tours
  • Develop marketing/sales proposals and respond to RFPs
  • Basic data entry
  • Generate New Business
  • Prepare and execute a sales/marketing program.
