Core Responsibilities
- Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Timely creation and delivery of accurate quotations and proposals to potential clients.
- Business Development: Discover and develop new business opportunities through market analysis, outreach, and leveraging existing networks.
- Client Relationship Development: Establish and maintain enduring relationships with clients by understanding their needs, following up on proposals, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest trends and products in the audiovisual sector to effectively recommend solutions to clients.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. Regularly report on sales activities and forecasts to management.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales operations and technical teams to ensure unified strategies and a seamless client experience.
- Production Support: Organize and conduct pre and post-production discussions to guarantee client satisfaction and identify future business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years in audiovisual production sales.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of audiovisual products and industry standards, with the ability to quickly learn and convey technical specifications.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong time management capabilities.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM systems.
- Education: GED or high school diploma; BA preferred.
