Key Responsibilities:

The Lead Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in nurturing existing client relationships while also spearheading the development of new business ventures. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a focus on achieving results.

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets set for the year.
  • Forge new connections with industry stakeholders to create fresh business opportunities.
  • Enhance sales through the expansion of current client accounts.
  • Identify new sales leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Estimating Department to aid in the preparation of bids and proposals, including site inspections and project assessments.
  • Engage in Estimating Meetings and Conference Calls.
  • Ensure that client bids are comprehensive, accurate, and professionally presented.
  • Monitor and follow up on all pending bids and estimates with clients.
  • Contribute to marketing and sales strategies, including participation in trade shows and advertising initiatives to boost industry visibility.
  • Take part in Monthly Sales Calls.
  • Utilize the Salesforce CRM system effectively.
  • Assist in the formulation of the annual sales budget.
  • Support the Finance Department in managing collections.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the Services, Environmental, or Construction sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
