We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Analyst (Intern) This person will provide remote assistance to the corporate office of Emerging Tech, gaining experience in Human Resources, Marketing/Content Management, Project Management, and Finance.

Work Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various department stakeholders to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist in preparing and publishing presentations, announcements, and other forms of written/visual content for internal 
and external purposes (company social media sites) 

  • Coordinate content calendar while collaborating with the Strategic Engagement Manager and other stakeholders
  • Editing and formatting of proposals and other company documentation 

  • Coordinate logistics and connect various parties for meetings, travel, events, etc. 

  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners 

  • Data entry/compilation and report generation using enterprise systems and trackers 

  • Assist Payroll/HR with the time approval process and system  

  • Assist with the coordination of the company performance evaluation program and corresponding system 

  • Assist with processing employee expenses, including travel

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th year student to receive a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources/Payroll, Finance, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – (Microsoft 365 & SharePoint familiarity a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues to achieve shared goals
