Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to ensure adherence to Low-Income Housing HUD/Tax Credit regulations by managing various programs, policies, and operational practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with on-site and corporate personnel to guarantee compliance with housing program regulations.
  • Travel as necessary to fulfill business requirements.
  • Conduct audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including accurate data entry into compliance reporting systems, filing, and ongoing file management.
  • Process commissions related to move-ins and re-certifications.
  • Engage directly with Local Housing Authority and State Agency representatives regarding compliance matters, inspections, and the successful completion of annual audits.
  • Support the completion of Mass Recertifications, Re-syndications, Lease-ups, and Acquisitions.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of data entered in property management software.
  • Ensure compliance with the required number of 60/50% Tax Credit, Bond, and RDA units per property.
  • Follow up on Utility Allowances and income/rent limits through local government channels.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in compliance processing for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC or Section 42) certification paperwork.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of other affordable housing programs such as HUD, Section 8, 202, and/or 811.
  • Strong understanding of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC or Section 42) certification processes.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills with various stakeholders including employees, properties, and supervisors.
