Qualifications Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with and support the Executive Vice President of Development and the development team in evaluating new multifamily development opportunities Prepare Pro Forma models and financial projections for potential development projects including underwriting rents, operational expenses, cash flows, and project costs Prepares narrative development memoranda, detailed reports, and market summaries that provide insights on proposed acquisitions Assist in gathering due diligence reports and materials for development opportunities Prepare sensitivity analyses for acquisition, financing, and stabilization for each new multifamily development Prepare presentation materials on development opportunities for the Senior Leadership team Analyze and monitor the financial performance of properties including financial modeling, benchmarking to budget, and Analyze the overall market and monitor industry trends.
