PrideStaff is currently seeking an Accounting/Payroll Administrator for a company located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a 7-to-10-month contract with potential to extend longer. Please see job requirements below to be considered.  

  • Salary: $28 to $30 hourly depending on experience
  • Shift: Monday through Friday 7am to 4:30pm      

Job Summary

We are looking for someone to perform a variety of accounting, administrative, and payroll related tasks to help support our company objectives. The Accounting/Payroll Assistant will be working with inhouse systems to process payroll, generate monthly reports, prepare invoices, and perform general office administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Experience with basic daily accounting procedures
  • Competency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Hands-on experience with Excel spreadsheets including basic formulas
  • Experience processing payroll
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Data entry and word processing skills
  • Well organized and ability to manage time efficiently
  • Bilingual-Spanish speaking a plus but not required
