Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including payroll, benefits, and office operations.
  • Function as liaison between Corporate Payroll, Operations, and employees to update online payroll platform.
  • Research and submit retroactive and adjustment payment requests, and assist in resolving any payroll issues.
  • Review and submit vacation and sick time pay requests in accordance with the CBA and/or CA or local ordinances.
  • Distribute payroll checks to employees and coordinate complex payroll situations with Corporate Payroll team.
  • Provide administrative/clerical support, including answering and routing phone calls, coordinating conference room requests, and scheduling office vendor inspections/repairs.
  • Set up and maintain client and vendor files, including invoices and payments.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and training with Recruiter and Office Operations team.
  • Intake employee complaints and provide information to local HR and Operations team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one to two (1-2) years administrative experience is preferred and required.
  • A collaborator that can collaborate and interact with various levels of staff and management.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred and required.
  • Must be highly organized.
