Position Overview:

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales and Communication Specialist to join our team. This role is integral in demonstrating our products to potential customers, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and sales, preferably within the health or dental industry, and be proficient in both English and Spanish.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Product Demonstration: Present our full mouth prosthesis products to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and driving sales.

- Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales goals through technical know-how and exceptional customer service.

- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls, providing product insights and resolving purchase concerns to boost conversion rates.

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain working relationships with partners to merge consumer data and enhance marketing efforts.

- Training: Train internal sales agents, imparting technical and sales skills for their success.

- Account Management: Maintain and update customer accounts within the CRM system.

- Client Data Management: Obtain crucial client and patient data through effective telephone interactions.

- Issue Resolution: Resolve caller issues promptly with technical expertise and professionalism.

- Lead Generation: Reach out to potential clients, articulate product offerings, and optimize lead quality for higher conversions.

- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings with patients to discuss financing and treatment options.

- Documentation Assistance: Assist patients in filling out documentation and paperwork needed to obtain coverage with the insurance.

Required Qualifications:

 

- 1-2 years minimum experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the health or dental industry.

- Proficiency in CRM software, GoHighLevel, and Slack.

- Strong sales, appointment scheduling, and customer support skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

- Experience in the dental industry, particularly with full mouth prosthesis or similar products.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
