Job Description

Partners In Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Communication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, this individual will play a crucial role in managing multiple communication channels and ensuring seamless information delivery across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of onsite printing, including paper supply and equipment maintenance.
  • Print weekly bulletins, event-specific materials, and other necessary pieces for weekend communications.
  • Coordinate with equipment vendors to maintain functionality and supply.
  • Handle direct mail projects, including managing outside printing and fulfillment vendors when needed.
  • Oversee and maintain exterior road signage, including updates and event-specific banners.
  • Manage the production, storage, and setup of interior highlight displays.
  • Ensure digital signage (TVs) is updated on a weekly basis as needed.
  • Manage all content updates to the company website and smartphone app.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure sign-up forms are created in Church Community Builder (CCB).
  • Create QR codes for events and communication initiatives.
  • Build and send all-church e-newsletters on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
  • Schedule all-church text messages.
  • Work with the worship department to secure photos and videos for social media platforms.
  • Proactively manage the social media calendar for the company social channels, ensuring consistent high-quality content is posted.
  • Coordinate as needed with ministry leaders regarding ministry-specific social channels.
  • Proactively manage the shared file storage system (such as Dropbox), including file naming, organization, and archiving.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign).
  • Able to operate at a high capacity, quick pace.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Task-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team/matrix environment.
  • Availability to work Sundays.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus.
