Pay based on experience
A 34 year-old company is seeking an office-based position to coordinate the flooring installation process from beginning to end. Must have extensive flooring knowledge and great customer service skills.
The scope of work is including but is not limited to the following:
· Establish vendor relationships.
· maintain material pricing.
· Place and track material orders.
· Schedule installations and confirm appointments with customers
· Follow up with clients regarding adjustments to projects, addressing any concerns or modifications promptly.
· Communicate regularly with clients regarding change orders, project updates, and any potential delays.
· Handle project administration, including contract compliance and budget administration.
· Submit a weekly report to the higher management to show the work progress for the running projects.
· Occasionally Visit job sites to confirm a smooth process and address any issues that may arise (not more than 25% of the working time).
· Fluent in Spanish
· Excellent computer skills specially in Excel and Word is required.
· A valid driving license is required.
· 2 to 3 years project coordinator experience preferred, but not mandatory
