About Us:
Tandu is dedicated to promoting health and wellness within our community. We offer a free program designed to improve the well-being of participants through various initiatives and support services.

Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Wellness Recruiters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for going door-to-door within designated buildings, encouraging residents to participate in our four week,  virtual, free wellness program. Your primary goal is to have individuals join the program and complete a short 6-8 minute screener.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit residents door-to-door within assigned buildings.
  • Engage with potential participants in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Explain the benefits and objectives of our wellness program.
  • Encourage individuals to complete the 6-8 minute screener.
  • Ensure screeners are filled out accurately and completely.
  • Meet daily and weekly recruitment goals.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive abilities.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or door-to-door canvassing.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with no base pay. Wellness Recruiters will earn $20 for each successfully completed screener.

There is potential for high earnings based on performance. $100 bonus at each multiple of 20 screeners completed (20, 40, 60, etc.). The average Recruiter should earn between $40-60/hour
