We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team at Global Contact Services. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting our Human Resources department in their hiring needs and staffing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Screen and source candidates for various positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Assist in the New Hire Onboarding Process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Company Records, including Personnel Files and Database.
- Ensure confidentiality of all candidate and personnel data, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional communication and support.
- Conduct remote interviews using Zoom and Teams software, assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team, informing strategic decisions and initiatives.
- High School or High School Equivalency required; some College is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
This role is based in our office at 3300 Northern Blvd, Long Island City, NY. While some remote work may be possible, the majority of the time will be spent in the office.
